先日、所用のため桟橋前にある廿日市市宮島支所に立ち寄りました。
ロビーに置いてある、パンフレットのなかにみやじまウォーキングマップを見つけました。
手にとってみると、カラー写真入りでウォーキングコースが提案されていました。
ハツラツ！はつかいち宮島地域会のメンバーが実際に歩き、
ポイントや地元の方ならでのコメントが書かれており、なんと言っても分かりやすい。
トイレや水飲み場をはじめ、坂道の急・緩や注意事項まで！！
そして、裏面には服装やストレッチ、手ばかり栄養法やウォーキングでの消費カロリーなど
興味ある、うれしい豆知識がしっかりと書かれていました。
ココだけの話、宮島の看板や観光地図はイマイチわかりにくいのです。
ロープウェーを目指しているのに、包ヶ浦方面に迷って来られたり、後を絶ちません。
観光客の方にも観光マップと合わせて、このウォーキングマップを活用していただければ
迷うことなく、そしてちょっと違った宮島を堪能していただけるのでは？と思います。
説明する側も、ひとつこのマップを手元に置いていたら外国の方にも楽に説明できそうです。

Finally the repairman couldn’t contain himself any longer and yelled, “Shut up, you stupid ugly bird!” To which the parrot replied, “Get him, Spike!”
