ここのところの寒の戻り厳しいですね。一気に真冬です。
弥山も対岸の山々も真っ白に雪化粧していました。
昨日は宮島支所市民福祉課主催の女性の健康学習会にいってきました。
参加者は私の親世代の方が多く、若い世代は少なかったです。
若い世代の方もこの先の人生を病むことのないよう意識してほしいです。
・・・と言うことで、あえて勉強会の事を少し書きます。まずは、知る事から。
内容は「子宮頸がんとHPVワクチン」についてでした。
廿日市市のひさまつ産婦人科医院の久松和寛先生が講師でした。
まずは、近年子宮癌が若年層に増え死亡率も上がってきているそうです。
その理由の一つに性交時期の若年化、そして日本では子宮がんの定期健診の受診率が低い。
世界中では60%以上、アメリカでは80%以上に比べ日本はわずか20%です。
確かに、足がなかなか向かないばしょですが・・・。
しかし、海外のように意識を持ち定期検診をして早期発見が一番です。
子宮頸がんはHPVというウィルスが原因だそうです。
このHPVは皮膚や粘膜にごくありふれたウィルスですが、
15種類の「発ガン性HPV」が原因と言う事です。
HPV自体は、性交をした人の80パーセントが感染しているそうです。
しかし、通常1年くらいで消滅するが、まれに発がん性HPVとなるそうです。
自分が現時点でHPVをもっているかどうかは6千円くらいで検査できるそうです。
HPVの有無で検診時期の目安を決めてもいいようです。（1年~3年）
この子宮頸がんのワクチンが昨年12月に日本でも認可されました。
この認可の時期も日本は遅く、世界で99番目だとか・・・
このワクチンは11歳～45歳位を目安に打つそうです。
若年層も対象なため、婦人科だけでなく小児科や内科でも受けられます。
電話で確認をして行かれたほうがよいです。
このワクチンは3回打たなければなりません。
1回目を打った後一ヵ月後に2回目、半年後に3回目で完了に6ヶ月かかります。
しかも、1本が平均15,000円で×３＝45,000（税別）
こんなに高くて普及するのでしょうか？東京の方では10万の値をつける病院も！！
地方によっては自治体負担もあるとか・・・広島は無理のようです。
廿日市の久松産婦人科や江川レディースクリニックでは平均値の15,000です。
ワクチン接種後10年位は大丈夫と言われるが、その後の定期健診は必要です。
世界で2分に一人が・・・日本では1日に10人が命をなくしているそうです。
いずれ、子宮頸がんは防げる癌になるでしょう。正しい知識と定期健診で。
これからの人生、長く輝くためにも今一度考えたい物です。
