冬の味覚

ここ数日、ぐっと気温が下がり冷え込んできましたね。
こんな、さむ～い時は鍋などの冬の味覚が恋しくなります。

寒くなるにつれ、おいしくなるのがコレ！！そう、宮島牡蠣です。
まだ粒は小粒ですが、お味はGOOD!!です。
殻つき牡蠣は炭火派でしたが、最近は手軽に蒸して食べています。
強火で5分くらいでちょうどプリプリです。
蒸すと水分が飛ばず、自然な塩味でとってもおいしいです。

お好みでレモンを絞ったり、ポン酢やおろしにんにくで食べてもよし！！
お子さまバージョンでわが子はケチャップをつけてます。
これも、牡蠣の独特な風味が苦手な方にはオススメですよ。

これから、まだまだ大きく美味しくなる宮島牡蠣！！
