とってもおいしい瀬戸内の味「小いわし」の時期です。
時々「食べるか～～」ともってきてくれる地域のおじさん・・・ありがたいです。
大きい網を片手にすくうそうです。
以前挑戦しようと思いましたが、まず魚群がいつ来るのかも分からず断念しました。
今回は、お刺身とから揚げでいただきました。とってもおいしかったです。
栄養満点。そして、いろいろな料理変身する「小いわし」は万能食材で大好きです。
私は食べきれない量いただいたり、小つぶのものはオイルサーデンにして保存します。
これがまた、パスタやサラダにとても活躍してくれます。
次回、作った時に作り方を紹介しますね。
