だんだん朝夕の冷え込みが厳しくなり、早起きもつらくなってきました。
でも、9月から始めた早朝ウォーキングが定着してなんとか続いています。
ここ数日は朝家を出ると月がまだはっきりと見え、海の向こうからは朝日が出ようとしています。
そして、しばらくすると同じ場所から月と太陽が見えます。
こんな光景を目にすると、ホント「早起きは三文の徳」だな～～としみじみ感じます。
朝のピンと張りつめた空気が一日の活力をくれます。
ウォーキングコースの包ヶ浦へ続く道には、色々な種類のどんぐりが落ちています。
最近、どんぐりを拾う子供も少なくなったのでは・・・
週末には親子で自然を満喫してはいかがでしょう。
