事前の情報収集でカズラ工房を発見し、是非行ってみたいと思っていたところです。
しかし、イマイチ場所が分からずあきらめかけていました。
ダメもとで、ランチを食べた建物「エコビレッジかきのきむら」で尋ねてみました。
すると親切に電話連絡をとってくださり、休みにもかかわらず工房を見せてくださいました。
三浦ちづるさんという作家さんです。
9月には広島「福屋」でイベントをされたばかりだったようで・・・
「作品の数は少ないのですが・・・・」と。
でも、ログ調の工房には実用品からオブジェのようなものまで色々な作品がありました。
材料も近隣の森や山」で採取されています。
やはり、自然の材料は素朴ですがどこかしっくりと肌になじみます。
色々目にとまる作品はありましたが、実用のカゴを購入しました。
ここでは鹿ではなく羊？？？
続いて天然酵母のパンをもとめて・・・
「草の庭」へ行ってきました。
ここは、古民家宿＆レストランで入ってすぐの土間でパンや焼き菓子が購入できます。
古民家とあって、囲炉裏付の和な畳部屋があるかと思えば・・・
土間の奥にはガラリと雰囲気が変わりイングリッシュガーデンのようなスペースがあり・・・
少しの空間で色々な顔が見れます。
敷地内には読書スペースや羊毛の小物などを扱うミニログハウスが２棟ありました。
自然を生かした造りになっていました。
天然酵母のパンを作る工房はもう一つありました。
「ダンク・ダンケ」です。ここは、工房だけで基本はネット販売のようです。
マクロビランチを食べたオーガニックカフェ・アヤさんのオススメのパンやさんです。
カフェでもパンを購入する事ができました。
「ダンク・ダンケ」では自家製酵母にこだわっておられます。
無農薬の自家米や新鮮な季節の野菜果物から酵母だねを作られています。
食の安全性を追及しておられるようです。
旅の最後はゴージャスに！！
柿木村からは錦川沿いにかえってきました。
途中の美川ムーバレーで金粉ソフトクリームを・・・
すご～い。でも、話のタネに１つだけ。
そして、最後はお約束の温泉コース(^-^)V
・・・１日た～っぷり遊んだLOHAS旅でした。自然も満喫！！
今週末はちょっとお天気が悪そうですが、これから紅葉にむけて自然は気持ちイイです。
おでかけプランをたててみてはいかがでしょう。
秋はイベントも盛りだくさんです。
