シルバーウィークも関係なかった我家でしたが、遅ればせながら1日LOHAS旅に行ってきました。
目的地は島根県の柿木村です。まずは地元情報を得るため、道の駅へ直行！！
私、道の駅の切符を集めようかと思うくらい道の駅が大好きです(^-^)V
道の駅は、その土地が見えます。文化・食・人・・・・・
イベント情報をチェックすると、ありました「大井谷棚田まつり」
ここは、日本の棚田百選に選ばれています。
豚汁の振る舞いにお餅つきや神楽、ウォークラリーそして農産物の即売がありました。
地域の素朴なお祭りでしたが、田んぼのない宮島の子供には新鮮に映ったようです。
大井谷の棚田の新米も安価でゲット！！
かかしもお出迎え！！
次回は黄金色の稲穂が棚田一面見える頃行ってみたいです。
棚田のオーナー制度もあるようです。
ランチにはオーガニックカフェ「Aja（アヤ）」さんでマクロビランチをいただきました。
メインはかぼちゃコロッケそしてお約束の玄米ご飯とお味噌汁でした。
お肉やお魚はまったく使用されていないのに一定の満足感はありました。
なかでも、シメジとソテーしてあったテンペはお肉と間違う食感でした。
10月10日から始まったちゅーぴーパークのゆうき市にも参加されているそうです。
「Aja（アヤ）」さんも来週はおにぎりを出展されるそうです。
町ぐるみで有機農業に取り組む柿木村の食材が近くで買えます。

その他にパン屋さんやかずら工房にも立ち寄りました。
