青い空・緑のゴーヤ！！う～ん夏！！

気がつくとお盆が終わり、まだまだ暑いものの確実に秋に近づいています。

夏バテ防止にこの時期ゴーヤを良く食べます。
初めてゴーヤを口にした数年前・・・「こんなもの食べれるの？」
と思うくらい苦味が口についたけれど、今はこの苦味がビールに最高！！
いつでも新鮮なゴーヤが食べれるように、今年は家庭菜園まで(^-^)V

ここ数年、エコの一貫として緑のカーテンとしても人気です。
１本の苗でも、面白いくらい枝つるが伸び葉っぱをはりめぐらせます。
そして、ゴーヤの成長を観察して夏休みの宿題にまとめる娘・・・・
エコ・宿題・・・・でもやっぱり食かな？？？
娘がゴーヤチップスを作ってくれました。
この、ゴーヤパワーで夏休みを乗り切ろう！！ゴール間近！？
