ＧＷにどこへも行けなかった子供たちへ遅ればせながらお楽しみを。
そう、竹の子狩りに！！出雲へGO！！
親戚の山でおじさんの指導の下竹の子を掘ってきました。
子供達も実際に竹の子の生えている姿を見るのははじめて(@_@)
最初はクワやカマを持つ手もぎこちなかったけれど・・・
掘っていくうちにはまって、あっという間にたくさんの竹の子が！！
その後、掘りたての竹の子でバーベキュー大会をしました。
掘りたての竹の子を皮のまま焼く！！・・・一度してみたかったんだな～
エグ味ひとつなくコリコリの歯ごたえで、それは最高でした。
しばらく、いろいろな竹の子料理が楽しめそうです。
