先週より、大聖院にて砂マンダラの製作が始まりました。
観音堂でチベット僧の方々の手によって製作されています。
砂マンダラは砂は石英質の石をすりつぶしたパウダー状のものです。
鮮やかな色合いに、まずビックリします。
砂を少しずつのせていくのですが、まるで筆で描いたような繊細さで
見ていると、思わず息を飲んでしまいます。
相当な集中力が必要となってきます。さぞ、業を積んだ方であろう・・・
真剣な眼差しですがマンダラから離れると、とても温和な顔チベット僧さん達です。
製作過程を見るチャンスもなかなかないので、必見の価値あり。
くれぐれも、静か～に！！し～～～
出来上がった砂マンダラは光にあたるとキラキラと美しい光沢を放ちます。
出来上がりが楽しみです。
また、チベットの御香やお守りのストラップのﾊﾞｻﾞｰもあります。
この資金はチベットの子供達等の支援金となるようです。

Finally the repairman couldn’t contain himself any longer and yelled, “Shut up, you stupid ugly bird!” To which the parrot replied, “Get him, Spike!”
