宮島も観光シーズンを迎え、毎日多くの方が訪れています。
海外からも多くの観光客が来島。さすが、世界文化遺産の島！！
旅の楽しみの一つに、その土地の人と関わる事があります。
私も旅行に行くと、現地の方とのコミュニケーションも目的の一つになります。
その土地の方と関わる事で、その旅が何倍も濃くなった気もします。
しかし、なかなかきっかけをつかむのは難しく・・・後悔が多々残ります。
昨年秋、面白いご夫婦に出会いました。
そのご夫婦は西洋の方で、サルのぬいぐるみと旅行中でした。
着物姿のサルがとてもかわいく、ついつい見てしまいました。
すると、名刺を差し出されました。なんとそれはぬいぐるみの名刺でした。
この面白さに片言の英語で話かけました.
北海道から旅をして、サルの着物は京都で購入したらしい。
四国から宮島へ来て、明日からは九州へいく･･･との事。
英語が堪能なら、もっといろいろ話せただろうに(-.-;)
わずかな船の時間で、言葉が通じないながらも笑顔でカバー？？？
船を降りる頃にはとても温かい気持ちになりました。
サルのぬいぐるみの名刺をコミュニケーションのツールとして使う。
面白いし、入りやすい。う～ん！！いつか、試してみよう。
何と旅をしようかな～～～。
