今日はやっと春らしい日になりました。
あちこちで入学式があったようですが、宮島学園でも入学式がありました。
桜が散ってしまうのでは････と心配でしたが、ちょうど満開！！
きっと、入学式に華をそえてくれた事でしょう。
春といえば・・・宮島産の春の味覚！！アサリとわらびをいただきました。
わらびは子供がお友達の家の敷地で採らせてもらったそうです。
アクがあるから、鹿は食べないのかな？
昨年いただいた時はアク抜きで失敗しドロドロになりました(-.-;) 今回は茹で時間も味付けもバッチリ(^-^)V子供も喜んでたべてくれました。
海の幸、山の幸と旬の地元食材が食べれるって贅沢です。
シンプルに食材の味を楽しむ・・・次の食材は何？
