でも、ここのところの小雪が舞う天気。どうなっているのでしょう。
寒くて、まだまだ鍋料理が恋しくなります。
この時期、楽しみなのは今が旬の瀬戸内の新ワカメ！！
毎年楽しみにしています(^-^)V
まずは、simple is best 「ワカメしゃぶしゃぶ」をポン酢でいただく。
新ワカメだからこそできる贅沢料理です。
山盛りのワカメがあっという間になくなるほど我家では大人気。
子供達は鮮やかな色にかわるのが楽しいようです。
ワカメはどんな形、色をしていて熱湯に入れると色がかわる。
当たり前ですが、現代っ子にはなじみが薄いのでビックリします。
た～んとワカメを堪能したら、残りはさっとゆでて1回分ずつ小分け冷凍します。
味噌汁・サラダ・和え物・ご飯・・・と我家の万能選手になってくれます。
簡単わかめご飯レシピ！！
材料：お米・わかめ・ホタテの水煮缶・しょうが・だし汁
１、ワカメ以外の材料をお好みの量入れ炊き込む。
２、炊き上がったら刻んだワカメを混ぜてむらす。
仕上げに小口ネギなどのをちらして出来上がり！！
しょうがとホタテの風味が上品な一品に仕上がります。
※６合位まではホタテも１缶で十分です。(汁も全部使います）
※だし汁も白だしなどで色が薄い方がワカメがひきたち上品です。
