日曜日に大聖院へ行ってきました。
月2回ペースでヨガ教室が開催されています。（大聖院場所提供）
1回2時間で会費は1500円とリーズナブル(^-^)V
1回づつの精算なのがうれしく、用事がないときはなるべく参加しています。
年齢層も広く、でもみんな元気を求めて無理なく頑張っています。
興味のある方は、自分のペースで無理なく参加してみてください。
静寂のなか、普段気に留めない体のあちこちを動かしてあげる。
いかに体を使っていないかがよくわかります(-.-;) 体の中からのメンテナンスです。毒抜きできたかな？？？？
心身ともにリフレッシュしました。大聖院から見下ろす宮島も気持ちよいですよ。
