休日ブランチは「簡単かきグラタン」に決まり！！
休日なので、手間をかけずにちょっとリッチな食材で・・・・
材料：かき・ブロッコリー・市販のミートソース・チーズ・パン粉
作り方
■かきを塩水で洗い、水分をキッチンペーパーでしっかりとる。
■ブロッコリーは洗って、子房にわける。
■かき、ブロッコリーを生のまま市販のミートソースであえる。
■耐熱皿にオリーブオイルを塗り、ミートソースであえた具を入れる。
■ラップをふわっとかけてレンジでチン！！（約3分）
■ラップをとり、チーズ・パン粉をかけてオーブンにかける。（約3分～5分）
表面にこげ色がついたら出来上がり！！
ポイント：かきの水分をしっかり取ることで生臭さが少なくなり食べやすい。
ブロッコリーをチンで蒸すのでブロッコリーの甘みが引き立つ。
（今回は、カマンベールチーズで大人味に仕上げました）
10分もあれば簡単に、そして・・・おいしくできますよ。
