この時期、1度は食べたい・・・栗！！たくさんいただきました(^-^)V
茹で栗、栗ご飯・・・まだまだ余り、マロンシロップ漬け（キャラメル風味）を作りました。
そして、マロンシロップ漬けをパンに入れて焼いてみました。
ほんのりキャラメル風味がおしゃれな味にしてくれました。
でも、栗って皮むき作業が大変(-.-;)時間はかかるし、肩は凝るし、手は痛いし・・・・・
ちょうどテレビで「圧力鍋で茹でると時間短縮に良い」と言っていて、早速挑戦！
加圧5分程度で茹で上がりました(@_@)ホント、早い！！
そして、栗によっては皮がはじけたように割れて、手でむけました。
う～ん！これは、いいかも。残りはコツコツと包丁でむき、やっぱり大変でした。
今年はもう手に入らない栗かも・・・と思いつつ、栗の皮むきバサミを購入！！
今まで、栗の皮むきバサミを「あんなもの・・」とバカにしていました。
でも、ちょっと楽かも？？？
その後、また、栗をもらい試すチャンス到来。ヤッター！！
試して見ると、なんとも簡単にそしてキレイにむけるではありませんか。
感動しました。刃先を注意すれば、子供でも楽しみながらむけました。
なんでも、試してみるものですね。お試しあれ～～～
これで、来年も栗むきにたちむかえます(^-^)V
