あさり

宮島では、だいたい春と秋の２シーズン潮干狩りが楽しめます。
なかでも、春のあさりは身がしまっていて甘みもありとてもおいしいです。
だから、我が家ではあさり・・・といえば春のものと思っています。
毎年ゴールデンウィーク前後に２,３回は貝掘りに行きます。

しかし、今年の春は異変が！！あさりがいない・・・{{{{(+＿+)}}}}
海水の上昇が原因？小さい物を掘り過ぎるから？
地元の貝掘りプロ級のおばちゃん達でも、ホント掘れなかったらしい。
食卓にも、１回しか登場しなかった。それも、ほんの少し。

すると先日近所のおばちゃんが「今、貝が掘れるよ」と教えてくれた。
そっか、中秋の名月の頃は秋の潮がいいんだな・・・・
う～ん。私は行けない(-.-;)・・・残念！！でも、あさりが食べたい！！
あきらめかけたその時、主人が「あさり食べたい！掘ってくる」
ラッキー(^-^)V・・・・でも、あまり上手じゃないんだよね～。
期待せず待っていました。でも、帰ってきたバケツをのぞくと上出来d(^∇ﾟ*)ﾈｯ

掘ったあさりは海水でしっかり砂をはかせるからとってもおいしいです。
海辺に住む特権かな(#^.^#)
今夜は何を作ろうかな？酒蒸し・パスタ・貝汁・・・・楽しみです。

また、あさりが消えることのないようマナーを守り貝掘りを楽しみたいものです。
