この夏は燻製作りにはまりました。
きっかけは、実家の母が自家製燻製釜で燻製を作っていて、それがとても美味しかったからです。
自家製燻製釜といっても、大小の植木鉢を見事に組み合わせていました（ﾟρﾟ; ...ﾏｼﾞﾃﾞｯｶ?
そこで、もっと良い自家製燻製釜をっと思ったのですが・・・
ホームセンターで燻製炉を発見！！即購入しました。
最初は燻し加減等試行錯誤しながらのチャレンジでした。
食材も急に思い立って燻製をする時はチーズ、さつま揚げ、魚の干物、ウインナー等の加工品を。
計画的に燻製をする時は、前の日からしっかり下味をつけたお肉や魚介類で・・・・
私のオススメ食材は、チーズ、手羽元、タコです。
お手ごろのプロセスチーズが高級スモークチーズに・・・・
手羽元もＵＳＪのスモークチキンに負けない美味しさ！！
タコは甘酢につけて、ビールが進む一品に・・・
普段の食卓にも、アウトドアにもかかせない我が家の定番メニューとなりました。
家にいながらでも、考え方ひとつで楽しい生活ができるな～と思えた夏！！でした。
