最近我が家では、手づくりパンが定着してきました。
パンは買うもの×→パンは作る物◎
私も娘もだんだん上達して、最近は手際もよし！！
最近は中学生の息子までが手伝ってくれます。
何より、パンの顔を見て判断できるようになったのです。
水加減、醗酵時間、温度等微妙なのです。パンは生きていますから(#^.^#)
今朝は、ナンに初挑戦！！夕べこねて、冷蔵庫で低温発酵。
朝は成形して焼くだけ(^-^)V
残り物のカレーがなんとリッチなmorning！！
子供も「また作ってぐらいのおいしさ！！」とうれしい声。
ナンはこんがり、もっちりでけっこうボリュームもありました。
朝からカレーでガッツリ。今日も一日頑張れそうです。
食育面からしても、朝温かいスープー系は体も心も温めてくれる最高の朝食です。
