旧暦６月１７日に行われる管絃祭が今年は７月１９日にありました。
お祭りの日は、なんだか朝からソワソワ・・・ウキウキ・・・
夕方厳島神社沖から出発する御座舟を初めて見送りました。
出発前には大雨が降り心配しました。
でも、出発する頃には雨もやみ夕日のなか出発していきました。
明るいので漕ぎ手の男の人達や船の様子が良くわかりました。
なかなかの迫力！！
夕方の雨が恵みの雨となり、夜も見物しやすい天候でした。
対岸から、ちょうちんの灯りを頼りに帰ってくる御座舟・・・・
何度見てもいいものです。優しいちょうちんの灯りと雅楽の音色。
雅楽演奏も、各神社を周るごとに演奏されます。
私達には同じ曲に聞こえるのですが、実はそれぞれ違う曲だそうです(@_@)
最後大鳥居をくぐって厳島神社へ帰還しました。
宮島の夏祭りも、管絃祭にはじまり・・・次は玉取祭！！
