今回は杓子体験に続き、地元宮島学園の児童さんの体験学習の様子です。
宮島っ子なら誰も親しみを感じるもみじ饅頭づくりの体験とあって気合も入ります。
もみじ饅頭の生地からつくります。
まずは、卵を慎重にわります。・・・殻が入らないように！！
低学年の子の中には卵わり初体験！！っという子も・・・
粉や卵を見たこともないような大きなボールに次々と投入！！
み～んな、目がくぎづけ( - ^-)ｼﾞｯ
この画像はおいし～くなる秘密の粉を入れるところです。
魔法の粉！！
ひととおり材料が入ったところで、ひたすら混ぜる。
「手がだるい」
「がんばれ！！おいしいもみじ饅頭がまってるよ。」
いよいよ焼きに入ります。
ちょっとドキドキしながら油をぬってます。
型に生地・あん・生地の順に適量入れ込みます。
そして型をしめて、30秒かぞえてまたひっくり返し30秒かぞえます。
これを4回繰り返します。
子供たちのなかから、自然と手拍子がパチパチ・・・＼(^O^)／
カラダいっぱいに嬉しさ、待ち遠しさを表現してくれていました。
そして・・・・おそるおそる型をあけると(@_@) とってもおいしそうなもみじ饅頭が！！
焼き色もいい感じです。ホッと笑みがこぼれました。
出来上がったもみじ饅頭は包装機で包装しできあがりました！！
自分達で作ったもみじ饅頭がまるでお店で売っているものと同じように包装されたのに、
また大喜びでした＼(^O^)／

初めはこげたらどうしよう？？と思ったけれど、そんなに難しくなく上手にできました。（Mさん）
生地を混ぜるのに機械を使うのかと思ったけれど、全部手作業でびっくりしました。
パワーと時間はかかり大変ですが、それをやっていた昔の人はスゴイと思いました。（Y君）
この、体験を通して料理の楽しさを感じた子もいたようです。
家庭でも子供とキッチンにたって、いろいろな経験をさせたいものです。
そして、食への関心をもって欲しいと思いました。
