今回は簡単でちょっとオシャレなイタリアンなカキ料理を紹介します。
～材料～
１、新鮮なカキ
２、にんにく
３、付け合せ（トマト、レタス、レモン）・・・お好みでなんでもok!!（アボガド、ブロッコリー、パプリカもオススメ！！）
４、オリーブオイル
５、バルサミコ酢（なければ省いてもよいが、あった方がグ～ンっとイタリアンです。）
～作り方～
１、お酒入りの熱湯でカキをさっとボイルする。さっとボイルすることで旨みを凝縮し身もプリプリpoint!!
２、お皿に付け合せを盛り付ける。
３、水分をきったボイルカキをお皿に盛り、その上に塩コショウをお好みの量ふる。（あらびきブラックペッパーがオススメ！！）
４、フライパンにオリーブオイル、みじん切りにんにくを入れて香りよいガーリックオイルを作る。
５、アツアツのガーリックオイルをカキの上にまわしかけて、最後にバルサミコ酢をお好みで適量ふり出来上がり！！
（注：ガーリックオイルをまわしかける時は、オイルがはねる可能性があるので気をつけて！！付け合せ野菜の水切りもしっかりしておくとよいでしょう。point!!）
簡単ですが見栄えもよく、ちょっとしたパーティー料理にもなります。
オイルをまわしかけた時ジュ～っとおいしそうな音とガーリックの香りがしますが、くれぐれも
顔を出さないで、気をつをつけてね(ﾟー^*) ・・・・・・・・・・・・・食卓のみんなの前で気をつけてジュ～っとおいしそうなパフォーマンスをすると、家族に見直されるのは間違いなし(^-^)V
やっぱり、ぐんと冷え込んだ2月、3月はカキもしっかりプリプリで一番おいしいですね～。
でも、この時期になるとあと何回おいしいカキを口にできるのだろう～～っと考えます。
名残惜しいです。でも、もうしばらくは大丈夫ですね。
