もう、春ですよ！！

３月に入り、ゆっくりではありますが春のやわらかな陽射しになりつつあります。
慌しく過ごした２月には、なかなかゆっくり庭へ出ることもありませんでした。
久しぶりに庭へ出ると、そこにはちゃ～んと春が来ていましたo(^o^)o
そう、ふきのとうが庭の片隅に今年も顔を出してくれました。
毎年、この自然からの恵を楽しみにしています。
スーパーへ行けばすぐ手に入りますが・・・・
日々自分と同じ環境で育つ我家のふきのとうには愛着を感じてしまいます。
今日はお雛祭りなので、今夜のお雛パーティーをグンっと盛り上げてくれる食材となるでしょう。
ちなみに。。。メニューは手巻き寿司なので、さよりのお吸い物の薬味にして旬の香りを楽しもう(^-^)V
５月ごろには、立派な？？蕗となり、こどもの日にはチラシ寿司に蕗を入れるのが我家流です。
良い伝統や文化、習慣を自分なりに子供達に伝えたいです(#^.^#)

愛娘のお弁当もお雛バージョンにしてみました。

幼児のお弁当って難しいです。
お弁当箱が小さい分品数も入らず、限られた中で栄養、彩り、子供が食べやすい物、子供に食べさせたい物を考えると・・・・
しかも、朝の貴重な時間(-.-;)
毎朝、格闘ですが私の８年に及ぶ幼稚園お弁当生活もこれで終わります。今はちょっとさみしくもあり、残りわずかのお弁当づくりを楽しんでいます。

最近、ふきのとうはスーパーでしか見なくなっていました。
そういえば、小さい頃は自然が季節を教えてくれてたなぁ。
芽吹く・・・春の訪れを感じなきゃいけませんね！
