今回は大根とカキを使ったかき料理を紹介します。
この時期、大根をたくさんいただいて・・・でもマンネリ・・・･ﾟﾟ(ﾉД`)あﾞ～んって時に考えました。
題して「大根カップdeかきグラタン」
１、カキを洗い、大根を下茹でする。
２、大根をコンソメススープでコトコト煮る。
３、大根を耐熱容器にとりだし、スプーンで中をくり抜きカップにする。
４、大根カップにカキをのせる。（大根の大きさで２～３粒）
５、味噌とマヨネーズでソースをつくり、かきの上にのせる。（ソースのかたさはお酒で調節する）
６、オーブンでカキに火が通るくらい焼く。（１０分程度）
７、器にのせ、コンソメスープとネギをちらして出来上がり。
※ミソ、マヨネーズの分量はお好みで！！
下茹で等に多少時間はかかりますが、茹でるだけ、焼くだけの簡単料理です。
要は、洋風ふろふき大根のアレンジですから・・・・失敗もありません(^-^)V
電子レンジや圧力鍋で時間短縮可能です。
ソースをみそ、マヨネーズにするのがpoint!!
大根とカキにとってもマッチしま～す。
カキの苦手な方でもイケル味です。
ちょっとした、おもてなし料理になりますよ。
昨夜の食卓は、どっかの料亭に来たのかと思った。・・・言いすぎ？？？
でも、そのくらいのヒットな味でした。
