昨夜は宮島産のプリプリのカキをいただいて・・・＼(^O^)／
まずは、旬の味を酢牡蠣で・・・宮島産のゆずをアクセントに・・・

う～ん！！新鮮なカキはこれが一番　　(^-^)V
あとは、気合を入れて大量のカキフライをつくりました。
カキフライは揚げたてが命なので、写真を撮らず食べる事に専念しました。
ちょっと、食べすぎの感・・・(-.-;)

カキフライは作るのがおっくうという方に、簡単カキ料理を紹介します。
その名もカキしゃぶしゃぶ　　　　（料理といってよいのだろうか。。。）

１、カキを洗う。
２、土鍋にだし昆布とお酒入れる。
３、沸騰したら、昆布をとりだしカキをしゃぶしゃぶする。
３、いろんな薬味をいれ、ポン酢でいただく。

簡単でしょ！！
これだけですが、お酒でしゃぶしゃぶするのがpoint(^-^)V
カキの旨みをしっかりとじ込めます。
あと、薬味もネギやもみじおろし、ガッツリいきたい時はおろしニンニクもおすすめ。
体の中から温まる一品です。

牡蠣は、今が一番美味しいんだそうですね。
宮島牡蠣・・・ツヤツヤ・プリプリで、本当に美味しそう！
