今年もおいしいカキ、食べれますよ！！
寒くなると美味しくなる、宮島の冬の味覚・・・・カキ！！
例年10月中旬からカキ打ちが始まります。カキ作業場の前を通ると・・・
「ガラガラガラ・・・」っとムキ身にした後の殻がコンベアーに乗せられる音がします。
この音も宮島の一つの風物詩で、「あ～今年も時期がきた。
早くたべたいな～。」と思います。
今年は、海水温が下がらず身がなかなか大きくならなかったようで、
カキ打ちも少しずれて始まったようです。
ここでも、今年の異常気象の影響でしょうか・・・？？？
でも、もう大丈夫です！！プリプリの身が食べれます。
殻つきはアウトドアで食べるのが一番です。
宮島の商店街でも、あちこちで焼きガキを食べさせてくれるお店があります。
