涼

                今朝はいつもと違う景色が目に飛び込んできた。
               そう、トンボが群れで飛んでいたのです。
               わ～い！！これからやって来る夏にちょっとだけ期待する気持ちと、
              いつまで続くか分からない夏の暑さに・・・はぁ～っと、ため息。
                ちょっと複雑な気持ちになりました。

ザッザーと流れる川の音に思わず吸い込まれました。
さっきまで、近くでうるさく鳴いていた虫の音も、なんかモヤモヤしていた自分の気持ちも
すべて、川の音が打ち消してくれた。
おまけに、大好きな緑の香りが元気をくれた。

夏を乗り切る、自分だけの涼を見つけてみては・・・・
きっと心も、体も元気になれるはず。
